No Sim After Flashing Custom Rom

Yes probably when we flash a ROM on Android devices  after reboot we notice that our sim not

detecting and also IMEI gone. This problem happens due to formatting all data on Android before

flashing.Today I will show you how to solve this problem.

No Backup Of EFS Or Modem File Of Android
This is the main reason when we try to clean install of Rom and we also wipe EFS partition which

contains NVRAM file that holds IMEI information of the device. If you don't take a backup of this

partition then all the information about network will corrupt.Your baseband number will unknown

which identifies sim card.

How To Fix It
If you get this problem in MediaTek devices then 100 of tutorials will help you on the internet.i'm

going to cover Exynos and Qualcomm processor devices which get this problem. There are two

methods to solve this problem.

1.If you have backup

2.If you have no backup
If I have backup
Well, this process is little easy because you have a backup. You can restore your backup by TWRP, ODIN, MTK TOOL.

If I have no backup

This process is a long process. You are wiped your EFS partition which contains IMEI.Wiping

means it just corrupt your NVRAM file won't delete from the system of Android. This will restore by

STOCK ROM of your device which is last time used. The difficult part is beginning now.

First, open your mobile case and note down the model number.

Then just go to youtube and see your mobile review.

Then they will show you android version just note down build number.

Don't forget to see your region review to get actual ROM build number.

Then google your model build number to get original ROM for your device.Mostly XDA developers

are the best site for downloading ROM.

Just flash The Original Latest stock ROM to get NVRAM file corrected.

Q-Why my network went after installing new ROM?

A-This problem occurs due to you are accidentally wiped NVRAM file and it's corrupted so your phone unable to detect the SIM.

Q-I have no backup of efs can I get my network back?

A-Yes by installing the STOCK ROM last time you installed just search your mobile model number

and Android version you used last time.

Q-I am getting a binary error when flashing stock ROM?

A-Yes may be you are updated android version and trying to flash old stock ROM and your

bootloader, not giving permission to downgrade android. So flash latest stock ROM.
